Visa Applications and Consultancy
For your visa applications, you can contact our visa advisory team on 0216 330 80 90 or 0553 237 92 87, or email us at vize@aigtur.com.tr to receive detailed information about your application. For further information, we recommend visiting our website at www.kadikoyvize.com.
A visa refusal from the United Kingdom or a Schengen country does not mean that you cannot obtain a visa again. We can submit a new, properly prepared application on your behalf and help you obtain a visa.
Although obtaining a visa may seem like a lengthy and difficult process for applicants in Türkiye, working with the right intermediary—a Class A travel agency—can help the process reach a conclusion quickly, without unnecessary effort or waiting in consulate queues.
We provide this service securely at reasonable prices, with a service fee almost equivalent to your travel expenses. Your documents are checked by two separate visa professionals. Your application file is submitted to the consulate without leaving room for missing documents or inconsistencies.
When needed, we arrange your flight and hotel reservations and travel medical insurance.
Problems You May Encounter When Applying Without the Right Intermediary
- You may be unable to establish institutional credibility with the consulate.
- Even if you believe you have collected all the documents requested by the consulate, missing documents may require you to book another appointment.
- You may not be aware of document requirements that sometimes change weekly or which documents are particularly important to the consulate.
- You may not prepare your application letter correctly.
- You may not complete the application form correctly.
- A document you consider unimportant may be very important to the consulate.
- You may not obtain a long-term visa.
- Your likelihood of refusal may be higher.
Our company is an institution authorised by VFS Global, Kosmos and iDATA.

About Travel Medical Insurance
Individual travel medical insurance must cover all Schengen countries and the entire duration of your stay abroad. The minimum coverage must be EUR 30,000.
The insurance must cover emergency medical treatment, emergency inpatient hospital care and, in the event of death, the costs of repatriating the deceased to their home country. The insurance must be taken out in the visa applicant's country of residence.
Visa Application and Tracking Procedures
Our agency has agreements with iDATA, VFS Global, AS Vize, Kosmos, BLS and TLS for visa applications and visa processing.
Visa tracking begins when you send us the documents required for your application. Our experienced team assesses your documents according to your application category.
You will be informed if any document is missing or incorrect. If there are no issues, your visa application is submitted on your behalf. The process is then monitored with the aim of obtaining a result as quickly as possible.
Once the consulate has completed processing your application, your passport is sent back to you.
Some Details for a Secure Visa Application
- The longer the duration of your travel medical insurance, the greater your chances of obtaining a longer-term visa.
- When submitting your bank statement, it is necessary to show as high a balance as possible. The relevant country considers that a higher bank balance means you will spend more during your visit and therefore grants a visa more easily and for a longer period.
- Not having previously held a visa does not mean that you cannot obtain one. We can apply on your behalf even if you have never had a visa before.
- Travel dates must be the same across all documents.
- For tourist visa applications, the travel dates should not exceed 7 days, and a request for a longer-term visa should be included as a note.
- Company letters must be stamped and printed on company letterhead.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my visa be issued?
Visa processing times vary between consulates and embassies. They may also vary depending on the documents submitted with your application.
You can ask our team about the processing time for the country you are applying to. You can also check your visa status on our website by entering your passport number.
Why do I need to provide fingerprints for Schengen visas?
Under the decision adopted by Schengen countries in early November 2014, all Turkish citizens must provide fingerprints when applying. Those who have provided fingerprints do not need to attend again to provide fingerprints for 5 years.
Which Schengen country grants the longest visa validity?
This varies from period to period. If you contact Kadıköy Vize 1.5 months before travelling abroad, we can advise you on which country is granting longer-term visas at that time.
I want to work abroad. Can you help?
You can discuss employment and residence procedures directly with the relevant consulates. We can only obtain short-term tourist and business visas.
I want to obtain a short-term visa to leave the country and settle abroad illegally. What should I do?
Your application documents may give consulates indications that you intend to leave the country and settle abroad illegally. If the consulate identifies this risk, your application will be refused, and this will affect your next application.
Even if a visa is granted, remaining in the country illegally after your visa expires may expose you to penalties imposed by the relevant country.
Which consulate grants Schengen visas most easily?
Especially for your first trip abroad, it is highly beneficial to apply for a visa from the country you intend to visit. There are many examples of Turkish citizens being denied entry and sent back, particularly by Germany and the Netherlands, when attempting to enter with a visa issued by another country.
When your documents are complete and you apply through the right intermediary, the difficulty of obtaining a visa is the same for every country.
